Myrtle Junction

Myrtle Junction, previously known as Four Corners,  is an opening in the forest between Myrtle Mountain and North Star Mountain where five important Nature Park Trails join together.

Myrtle Junction lies beside Whitetail Creek and the Upper and Lower Army Roads head back to the East, Duck Pond Trail crosses the creek on a small footbridge to the south, the main Army Road heads west up Whitetail Valley and Richardson's Sidehill climbs north to the Nordic Trails.

Myrtle Mountain was the site of one of Kimberley's early ski hills and the first Kimberley Ski Lodge was located here at its base. It is now a great place for hikers and bikers, and classes of school kids to stop and rest and plan the next leg of their journey.

Myrtle Junction hosts one of our 6 information kiosks.  Summer or winter you can check your location on the map and pick up current information about the Park.
